What we collect
As of the date above, BestCarrierTMS collects:
- Standard web-server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, referrer. These are retained for 30 days for operational purposes (debugging, abuse prevention) and then rotated out.
- Email addresses you voluntarily submit — for example, if you email us a correction. We use these only to respond to you. We do not add them to a marketing list without explicit opt-in.
We do not currently use analytics platforms, tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and the change disclosed at the top of the page for 30 days.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or share visitor data with third parties.
- We don't run cross-site tracking pixels.
- We don't build advertising profiles.
- We don't share data with vendors we review.
- We don't use dark patterns to collect data you didn't intend to share.
Cookies
This site does not currently set first-party cookies for tracking or analytics. If we add features (newsletter sign-up, comparison-builder state) that require cookies, we will disclose them here and request consent where applicable.
Third-party services
Pages on this site load assets from the following third parties:
- cdnjs.cloudflare.com — FontAwesome icon font.
- fonts.googleapis.com + fonts.gstatic.com — Inter and JetBrains Mono webfonts.
These providers may log standard request data (IP, user agent) per their own privacy policies. We don't share visitor information with them beyond what your browser sends to load those assets.
Outbound source links (G2, Capterra, vendor sites) on review pages carry rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" and open in new tabs.
Data requests & deletion
If you'd like a copy of any data we hold about you, or you'd like it deleted, email editors@bestcarriertms.com. Because we collect almost nothing, this is usually a quick conversation.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change what we collect or how we use it, this page will be updated, the "last updated" date at the top will be bumped, and the change will be summarized at the top of the page for 30 days.
